POSITION: Full-time or Part-time Physiotherapist
LOCATION: Fergus, Ontario

Impact Physiotherapy and Performance is a growing, quality-driven physiotherapy clinic located in Fergus, Ontario (just north of Guelph) that has served the residents of the Centre Wellington community and surrounding area since 2005. We have a reputable satellite clinic located in Arthur, Ontario (approximately 15 minutes north of Fergus on Highway 6). We pride ourselves for the strong relationship that we have established with the family physicians and specialists in our medical community, and have developed a reputation for delivering a high level of client-focused care in orthopedics, pelvic health physiotherapy and sports physiotherapy. We offer 1-hour assessments for all of our clients and only book 2 clients/hour (30-minute treatment sessions.) We service the private sector (self-pay/extended health benefits), Automobile Insurance, WSIB, and Veterans.


  • A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
  • In Good Standing and Licensed by (or eligible to be licensed by) the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and carry personal Malpractice Errors and Omissions Liability insurance
  • Current CPR and First Aid
  • Training in GUNN Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and/or acupuncture would be an asset
  • Strong interest in manual therapy and exercise prescription
  • Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) training would be an asset
  • Self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team


  • Full-time position (32-36 hours/week) or Part-time position (16-20 hours/week), available Monday to Friday
  • Physiotherapist must be willing to work day and some evening hours


  • Perform physical and functional assessments and establish and carryout treatment plans for the following clients: self-pay/extended health benefits, Automobile Insurance, WSIB,
  • Veterans
  • Work in cooperation with support personnel
  • Complete all necessary 3rd party documentation in a timely fashion
  • Work collaboratively with fellow employees to foster a cohesive, caring, productive working environment
  • Chart patient care records according to CPO standards
